Rehab Exception provides kitchen design, manufacturing, and installation services.
Free design, consultation, or inspection offers may be limited by location, availability, or promotional periods.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.

Final pricing may vary based on changes in materials, dimensions, or additional requests made after the initial agreement.

Any upgrade or modification requested by the customer will be priced separately.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after receiving the required deposit agreed upon in the contract.

Remaining payments must be completed according to the agreed schedule in the contract.

Failure to complete payments on time may delay production or installation.

4. Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation timelines are estimates and may change due to supplier schedules, material availability, or regional conditions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the site is ready and safe for installation (electricity, plumbing, floor level, etc.).

Any required adjustments due to site conditions outside our scope may result in additional charges.

5. Materials & Warranty

Materials used will match the agreed specification stated in the contract (e.g., HPL, PVC, UV Lac, etc.).

Warranty coverage depends on the type of material and will be provided upon installation.

Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or repairs made by third parties.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations before production may be eligible for partial refund depending on work already completed.

Once production begins, refunds may not be available due to custom nature of the products.

Any refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 working days.
